A real character. A familiar adventure.

Meet Shaylee.
She’s in the game.

We used this illustrated reference of Shaylee to create a playable character in Super Mario World. She has her own walking, running, jumping and special poses—and SHAYLEE replaces MARIO in red block letters at the top of the screen.

Start with a photo you have permission to use, turn it into a character reference, then build the animations in Remix Lab. Make the next adventure feel like theirs.

Good questions

Before you
jump in.

Is Super Nintega available yet?

It’s in active development. This site is an introduction to the project, not a download or purchase page. Join the interest list for availability updates.

Does this include games?

No. You provide your own legally obtained ROM files and any required firmware. Owning the emulator does not grant rights to games, artwork or music.

Does remixing change how a game plays?

The goal is to change the presentation, not the underlying game logic. Compatibility and visual quality vary; Remix Lab is experimental and original rendering remains available.

What will AI generation cost?

AI generation can have separate usage costs. Public pricing and access options are not announced yet. Signing up here does not authorize a charge.

Can my kid or dog become the character?

That’s the idea behind personal character references. Shaylee is our working example: her illustrated likeness and name are installed in Super Mario World, with small and large forms and 18 animation categories. A dog hero or a child riding a dog in Yoshi’s role is a direction to explore, not a verified finished pairing. This does not promise automatic support for every game.

Can I use my own reference images?

Yes, reference images are part of the character-creation workflow. Use photos and artwork you have permission to use; for a child, get their parent or guardian’s permission. You choose what you share for AI generation. This website’s signup form does not collect photos.
